Today’s mostly been a good one!
* First happy moment was having the opportunity to really appreciate the size of our new car. We’ve been lucky enough to secure a Ford Galaxy within our budget and the back is absolutely huge with the back two seats taken out. So big that we can lift Thomas’s pushchair in unfolded and still have loads of room for everything else. Not to mention enough room in the back seats for Harrison, Thomas and I to travel in safety and comfort. I am so excited to see how much we can fit in when we pack for our camping trip next Week!
* Secondly the reason I was able to appreciate our new car is because we all went out in it for breakfast in town. It was so lovely to go out as a family and for a change everyone was behaving themselves which made it really enjoyable. We went to my favourite breakfast place, Bill’s, and all had something off the menu. Even Thomas who had a watermelon, peach and raspberry smoothie! How lovely to eat out as a family.
* I spent the afternoon at a very dear friend’s house and had a lovely bring and share dinner with her family and a couple of others. Fun was had by all, especially Harrison who enjoyed playing with two of his favourite people and Thomas who loved watching the kids running around!
